The Brand Camp APP provides you with additional information about Brand Camp that you can’t get anywhere else. Access to your personalized Agenda, Presentations, Videos, Photos, Event Information, Polling, Social Media and a Virtual Business Card. By scanning other attendees at the conference, you will get instant access to their contact information. A great way to keep in touch with the amazing people you will meet. We’ll even be sending you personal push notifications to make sure you stay informed at all times.

Once you have installed the app, you will be required to log in. (Internet connection required). Enter your email address you used to sign up for Brand Camp. Next you will be required to scan a QR code that is printed on the back of your name badge you will receive at Brand Camp.

Welcome Reception: We will meet in the hotel lobby at 6:45pm on Tuesday, November 2^nd for a welcome cocktail reception to kick off the event.

The Brand Camp sessions will begin on Wednesday, November 3^rd at 8:15am and will end on Friday, November 5^th after breakfast at the hotel.

At this time of the year, the average temperatures are between 18°C and 21°C.

The dress code for meeting and dinners will be “Casual”.

The currency is the Euro.

During your trip you will only need money for your personal expenses. All personal expenses will need to be settled with the hotel upon check out.

Electrical current is 230 volts, 50hZ. Round, two-pin plugs type C and F are standard.

Do not forget to bring an adapter for your electrical appliances.

We kindly remind you that in & out transfers to the hotel are at your own charge and convenience since they are not organized.

The transfer from the airport to the Epic Sana hotel takes approx. 15 minutes by taxi.
